Here we are at the end of a busy season of beautiful weddings, and with so many gorgeous couples and magical days from this year, I have to pinch myself. I have been having a hard time selecting which weddings to feature. As you can imagine the studio has been concentrating on getting images out into the hands of their rightful owners, Mums will be adding an extra frame to the shelf.. Albums to be oohed and agghhed over, and the day will be relived again. Blogging every wedding would only be possible with an extra set of go go gadget arms. Still, I can't believe the amazing opportunities I have had and the exciting adventures ahead, some of them do seem to good to be true. So whilst lots of grand adventure awaits I thought I would feature a day that sums up why I love what I do. The Country wedding of Kath and Joe at Junee Reefs Hall, what can I say, firstly I love this family, I met them before at Joes sisters wedding and there is something about being out in the bush that just feels like home to me.
I first met Georgina and Mark way WAY back when they first got engaged. I knew I would look forward to their wedding for so long..like waiting for Santa to come. And finally it did. Just like any engaged couple, life goes on during their engagement, once the date was locked in it was back to work and study and life as a busy couple. When the week finally arrived Georgina *the anti bride bride, got into wedding mode, just like that, and Oh HOW she got her 'bride on'. I spent the day with not only one lovely couple, but their beautiful families, including Georgina's sisters who I must say were contenders for the 'best bridesmaid troupe in tow' award in T - Town (Temora NSW) the wildflowers were blooming, the sun was shining and two people got set up to spend the rest of their lives together. Thank you, Thank you Georgina and Mark. Thank you for giving me this pleasure to have known you both and to share this beautiful day. Hope you enjoy x special note and thanks to Kathy Burr for hanging out with us and second shooting on the day.
